The seafront and promenade are important to provide a
unique experience upon which the future of Cleveleys' tourism economy
can be developed. Without major investment in the seafront environment
the added value that it provides will continue to diminish and result in
Cleveleys losing visitors to competitors that may not be able to offer
the sea but can provide a quality environment. The creation of a
desirable environment in which to live, invest, work, relax and enjoy a
quality of life is a clear priority for the region.
An exciting, attractive and well-maintained seafront
and promenade will help to sustain the coastal community not only
